Your Agreement with vb33

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vb33 ("vb33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vb33.io ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered through vb33, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, sports betting, crash games, bonuses, promotions, and all payment and account services. Any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific promotions, games, or features are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of this Agreement.

The Platform is available in English and all transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vb33 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment for all eligible players.

Eligibility

To register and use a vb33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. vb33 is strictly an adult platform. Access by individuals under the age of 21 is prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

vb33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. If a player is found to be ineligible — whether at the point of registration or at any later time — vb33 may immediately suspend or close the account, void any open bets or game rounds, and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on the vb33 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment method details, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. vb33 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated balances may be forfeited, bonuses voided, and accounts permanently closed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. vb33 accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

Upon registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. vb33 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vb33 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.

• All registration fields must be completed truthfully and in full.
• One account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is the standard limit.
• Account sharing with any other individual — including family members — is not permitted.
• Accounts created using virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic restrictions may be suspended without notice.

KYC & Verification

vb33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations under anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. vb33 may also request verification at any time during the account lifecycle, including at account registration, following unusual account activity, or upon reaching specific deposit or withdrawal thresholds.

To complete KYC verification, you will typically be required to submit the following documents (the specific documents required may vary):

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

All financial transactions on the vb33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vb33 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your vb33 account balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction.
• Bank transfers may take between one (1) and three (3) business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• vb33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider directly.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by the vb33 finance team following KYC verification.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete KYC will result in your withdrawal being held in a pending state.
• Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• vb33 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

Bonuses & Promotions

vb33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements are applied to bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on games or bet types specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games or bet types may result in winnings from those games being voided.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the standard wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• vb33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse, fraud, or technical error is identified.
• Players found to be exploiting bonuses — for example, through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements, or coordinated group play — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements are tracked in real time within your vb33 account dashboard. Players are encouraged to review their bonus status before initiating a withdrawal request to avoid delays.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the vb33 platform are governed by the specific rules of the applicable game or market, as provided by the relevant game studio or sportsbook engine. These game-level rules are made available within each game interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting:

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the market rules published at the time of placement. Markets cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and selected international fixtures.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules, which may result in void bets being returned as a stake refund.
• vb33 reserves the right to suspend any market, refuse any bet, or limit maximum stake amounts at any time and without prior notice.
• Any bet placed on an event the result of which is already known at the time of placement (including cases where the Player has access to insider information) is void and will be cancelled.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the relevant market interface.

Casino & Live Casino:

• Casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules governing each game are those published by the respective studio within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed based on the state recorded on the game server at the time of disconnection. vb33 is not liable for losses resulting from the Player's own internet connection issues.
• Malfunction of any game, whether caused by the game server, the game client, or any intermediate system, voids all pays and plays for the affected round. The affected wager will be returned to the Player's balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may lead to referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the vb33 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit, software vulnerability, or collusion with other players.

• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on vb33.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, interfere with Platform infrastructure, or perform denial-of-service attacks of any kind.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your identity or location.
• Sharing or selling your account access or login credentials with any other person.
• Engaging in any conduct that vb33 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Privacy & Data

vb33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

vb33 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, device identifiers, and gaming and transaction history. This data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the improvement of Platform services.

vb33 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) on any Platform content.
• Use any vb33 trademark, brand name, logo, or domain name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply association with vb33 without express written authorisation.

Game content is provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) and is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective studios. Any unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb33 excludes all liability for any losses or damages — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or network interruption not caused by vb33's gross negligence.
• Loss of data, including gaming history, account information, or transaction records.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, vb33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your vb33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by vb33's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by vb33.

Suspension & Termination

vb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vb33 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account restriction.
• Your account shows unusual activity patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse.

Upon account closure for cause, vb33 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where it is determined that a breach has occurred, vb33 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, void pending bets, and retain funds as damages. Where no breach is found, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

Upon voluntary account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will cause those bonus funds to be forfeited. Any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe following a final KYC check.

Amendments

vb33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vb33 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.
